Church Holiday Bazaar

 

Purpose:

The Crosspoint Holiday Bazaar has been established as a fundraiser for our KidsCamp  ministry and also for our Youth Group who serve in our community and around the world.  Our KidsCamp runs for one to two weeks in June with a new theme each year. We reach 100-200 kids during our full day camp along with a staff of 60. Our Youth Group serves locally at the soup kitchen and around the world in Russia with REM ministries. (Russian Encouragement Ministries)

 

           Vendor Information-

Thank you for your interest in the Crosspoint Community Church Holiday Bazaar on October 23, 2010. We are excited to be able to provide this opportunity for the community. As a vendor at our event we will need the following commitment from you in order for the Bazaar to be a success.

              Crosspoint will be opened Saturday morning as early as 8:00 am and the doors will open to the public at 10:00 am sharp.  Please be at CrosspointCommunityChurch no later than 9:00 am so that you have plenty of time to set up and to also be briefed on what will be going on during the day at the event. 

 Please click here for the vendor agreement that should be completed and returned by mail no later than October 1st.  You may also fax the form to 868-5148.   If your booth fee is received on or before October 1st it will be $40.  After the 1st the booth fee will be $50.  If you have any questions regarding the vendor fair please contact Mandi Dykstra at 748-5429.  Thank you again for your support of our organization. 

            As the time draws closer I will mail out booth assignments to you. Banners and signs may be hung from the tables only. Thank you for you consideration.
