The purpose of Extra is to give students an opportunity for a more formal type teaching and discussion with their peers.   There will be a light lunch before each meeting.

The 9^th & 10^th graders will be working through a book called “HC & Me”.

It works through the history, purpose, and relevance of the Heidelberg Catechism.  This curriculum gives opportunity to discuss some of the basics of a Reformed worldview, diving into what a group of persecuted Christians from the 1500’s wrote about what they believed.

The 11^th & 12^th graders will be using a DVD curriculum called TRIGGER. 

These DVD’s contain 2-5 min short films that help to launch a discussion about faith and issues that are confronting teenagers daily.
