What is KidsCamp?

Each summer, for two exciting week-long sessions, Crosspoint holds KidsCamp, an all-day camp for elementary age children.

The goal of KidsCamp is to provide a positive day camp experience for children in the community, living with and loving them in the name of Jesus.                

The cost is kept low and scholarships are offered so that all families may participate. During the day-long camp, children enjoy crafts, games, dramatic story telling from the Bible and other fun activities. Breakfast, lunch and two snacks are served daily.

A second purpose of KidsCamp is to offer to junior and senior high youth an opportunity for leadership training through service to others.

To accomplish this goal, our youth volunteers attend a 3-day retreat for training and team building before KidsCamp begins. They work alongside adults who encourage and help them develop skills and enjoy the responsibilities of the work given.

We believe that this program brings long term benefit to our community as we invest in these young people who are future employees and citizens
