Inspiring the next generation
to follow Jesus.
Every Sunday, all children (infants through 5th grade) have fun learning about God in an environment that is age-appropriate and safe. In the process, kids at Crosspoint build a solid foundation for faith.
Kids, ages 0-3, can be checked in to the nursery at any time before or during the Sunday Night Church. Should your little one need you, our nursery staff will text you. We love babies at Crosspoint, and parents can relax and enjoy the worship service knowing their little one is being cared for in a clean, safe, and nurturing environment.
Kids, preK-5th grades, can be checked into Kidspoint beginning at 5:15 pm, where snacks and activities await. The kids will engage in age-appropriate Bible stories, songs, games, and activities, giving them a fun, positive experience as they learn about God. For the final 15 minutes of Sunday Night Church, the kids will be brought to their parents in the auditorium for a time of singing and community.
Please let us know if you have any questions.
Students, grades 6th-12th, meet on Sunday evenings after Sunday Night Church for games, Bible study, prayer, and dinner. Students have the opportunity to explore the Bible and apply it to their lives. An annual weekend retreat helps the students deepen their relationship with Jesus and spend extended social time together. Throughout the year, students also join together in service projects, giving them an opportunity to develop compassion for others. On the second Sunday of each month, the students join the Crosspoint family for the monthly potluck dinner. Dismissal each week is at 8:30 pm. Please contact us if you have any questions.
Connecting students to Jesus and each other.
Life is better together.
Gathering in small groups during the week gives us an opportunity to grow in relationship with each other and with Christ. Various small groups are offered throughout the year depending on the season.
Crosspoint hosts Bible Study Fellowship on Monday evenings, a city-wide. in-depth, interdenominational Bible study that helps people know God and equip them for passionate commitment to Christ, his Word, and the Church.
If you want to get involved in a small group, please contact us and an appropriate team leader will connect with you
God's there, listening for all who pray.
God desires a close relationship with us. He wants us to feel free to talk to him, about anything. And he wants us to trust that he'll be with us every step of the way as we journey through life. Prayer is simply talking to God. And he is waiting to listen.
In the Bible we're told to pray for all people. Ask God to help and bless them. Give thanks for them (I Timothy 2:1). That's what a group of leaders (Elders) at Crosspoint do each week. And they would be happy to pray for you.
We value your prayer request and as a church believe it's important to pray for one another. How may we pray for you today?
We serve because Jesus served us first.
Serving others helps us grow spiritually, build relationships, and impact our community and beyond. Our service is an act of worship, an opportunity to love others, and a way to be a part of the transformation of lives in our community and in our city. And we do this all for the glory of God! Whether you’re people-oriented or task-oriented, outgoing or quiet, aren't afraid to be out in the open or would rather be behind the scenes, there are many ways to engage with a ministry team at Crosspoint that will be a good fit for you. What sounds interesting to you? What is your heart drawn to? What are you passionate about? Please fill out and submit the questionnaire below and you will be contacted by the appropriate team leader and given an opportunity to learn more.
The people of Crosspoint strive to follow Jesus by loving others. One way we do this is by supporting ministries beyond our walls. Not only do we give financial support, but many give away their time and skills to serve God through our partnering ministries. The ministries we support in Anchorage are Parachutes Teen Center, Beacon Hill/Safe Families for Children, the Food Bank of Alaska (Mobile Food Pantry, Thanksgiving Blessing), and the Hope Resource Center/Downtown Soup Kitchen.
As a part of the Christian Reformed Church we also give support to international missions through World Renew and Resonate Global Missions. And we support our very own missionaries, Christian and Genevieve Eidem, and their work in Ukraine (Kyiv Christian Academy and New Generation Christian School).
